FOURTH round of water hearings before the Nevada State Engineer to begin

This week, Sept. 25, 2017, is the start of the FOURTH round of hearings before the Nevada State Engineer. PLAN, alongside our friends at Great Basin Water Network, will again be arguing against the water rights applications from SNWA for Spring, Cave, Dry Lake, and Delamar valleys.

In-person public comment is limited to 3 minutes per person, starts at 1pm on Friday, Sept 29. GBWN asked for this opportunity so folks who are affected by or passionate about the pipeline can be heard.
