Accommodations and Accessible Content

It is important to Progressive Leadership Alliance of Nevada (PLAN) as a whole that we include all people in the definition of community, so we make every effort to accommodate those with different needs. If you do not see your particular need reflected below, please contact either our Northern or Southern office for assistance.

Physical Accommodations

Though our current building is not accessible for those using wheelchairs for mobility, we hold our member and board meetings at locations that are physically accessible. These will be noted on meeting agendas. If you would like to meet with an individual staff member, please contact them and let them know that you will need for them to meet you in a location that is physically accessible so that arrangements can be made.

Visual Accommodations

If you are unable to read our printed literature, please contact us so that you can explain the accommodations you need.

Hearing Accommodations

If you need assistance to fully participate in face-to-face meetings due to hearing limitations, please contact us so that you can explain the accommodations you need.

Other Accommodations

For any other accommodations that might be needed that weren’t included in the previous paragraph, please do not hesitate to reach out to so that you can explain the accommodations you need.

Accessible Digital Content

Accessibility involves a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities. Wherever possible, PLAN follows the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 for making Web content more accessible to people with disabilities. If you have any questions or have requests, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us through our online form or by calling us.
