Tara Webster brings nearly two decades of experience in community outreach, public service, and education, with a background in STEM, specializing in justice-centered learning of social and political issues. Since joining PLAN, she has played a key role in building and expanding progressive policy strategies.She believes that policy work goes beyond merely “holding legislators accountable.” It involves advocating for the redistribution of wealth and resources, dismantling systems of oppression, and creating safe spaces for people to grow, thrive, and live with dignity. She is dedicated to ensuring that everyone’s fundamental human rights are met and that all Nevadans have access to affordable housing, healthcare, education, food, clean water, and green spaces.
